In the square lot of festival are organised from spring time to late fall. When you step out from the building, you find yourself in the middle of the most lively new pedestrian street of Budapest, the Ráday Street. This street is full of restaurants, pubs with outside tables, sometimes free concerts. The Danube and Nehru park is five min. walk, Kálvin sq. and National museum is ten min. walking distance.Two elegant apartments are in same building in same floor (1st floor) next to each others in an art nouveau style building with elevator.
